Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Telephone line cable
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Flat-head screwdriver
  • Batteries (for cordless models)
  • Mounting screws (if wall mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near a telephone jack and power outlet on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Connect Telephone Line: Connect the telephone line cable from the wall jack to the LINE port on the base unit.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the base unit and plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  4. Battery Installation: For cordless models, insert rechargeable batteries into the handset following polarity markings.
  5. Handset Registration: Allow handset to charge on base for at least 16 hours before first use for optimal battery performance.
  6. Test Connection: Lift the handset and listen for dial tone to confirm proper installation.
  7. Wall Mounting (Optional): Use provided mounting bracket and screws to secure base unit to wall if desired.
Warning: Use only the provided Panasonic power adapter. Unauthorized adapters may damage the phone and void warranty.
