Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near a telephone jack with adequate ventilation and away from direct sunlight or moisture.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the phone unit and accessories.
- Connect Telephone Line: Connect the telephone line cord from the wall jack to the LINE port on the back of the phone base.
- Connect Handset: Connect the coiled handset cord from the handset to the HANDSET port on the phone base.
- Power Connection: Connect the AC adapter to the power port on the phone base and plug into a standard electrical outlet.
- Battery Installation: Install rechargeable batteries in the handset for cordless operation (if applicable to your TG model).
- Test Operation: Wait for the phone to initialize, then test by making and receiving calls to ensure proper installation.
