Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place base unit on flat surface.

  1. Connect telephone line: Plug telephone line cord into base unit LINE jack and wall jack.
  2. Charge handset: Insert battery into handset, place on base unit charger for 7 hours initial charge.
  3. Connect power: Plug AC adapter into base unit and wall outlet.
  4. Install additional handsets: Register each handset to base unit following manual instructions.

WARNING! Use only provided AC adapter. Do not place near water or heat sources.

First-Time Setup

Power on base unit; handset will automatically sync.

  1. Set date and time: Press MENU on handset, navigate to SETTINGS > DATE/TIME.
  2. Set language: In SETTINGS menu, select ENGLISH (default).
  3. Program phonebook: Store up to 50 names/numbers via MENU > PHONEBOOK.
  4. Configure answering machine: Press ANS MACHINE on base to set greeting and message settings.

  3. For additional handsets, register each to base following manual procedure.

Using the Answering Machine

Digital answering machine with remote access.

  1. Record greeting: Press ANS MACHINE on base, follow voice prompts.
  2. Set rings: Choose 2-10 rings before answering machine picks up.
  3. Play messages: Press PLAY/STOP on base or remotely by calling your number.
  4. Delete messages: Press DELETE during or after playback.
  5. Remote access: Call your number, enter remote access code (default 0000).
  6. Message window: Shows number of new/total messages.

WARNING! Do not disconnect power or messages may be lost. Save important messages.
