Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Telephone line cable
  • Power adapter
  • Batteries (for handset)
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Telephone line tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near telephone jack and power outlet, away from electronic interference sources.
  2. Connect Base Station: Connect the telephone line cable from the wall jack to the LINE port on the base station.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the base station and plug into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Handset Setup: Insert rechargeable batteries into the handset following polarity markings.
  5. Charging: Place handset on base station charger and allow to charge for 16 hours before first use.
  6. Wall Mount Option: If wall mounting, use provided template and screws to securely mount base station.
  7. Test Operation: After charging, lift handset and check for dial tone to confirm proper installation.
Warning: Use only Panasonic-approved power adapters and batteries. Improper installation may void warranty.
