Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Charge the Handset: Insert the battery into the handset and place it on the base unit for 7 hours initial charge.
  2. Connect Base Unit: Connect the telephone line cord from the base unit to your telephone wall jack.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the AC power adapter to the base unit and plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  4. Handset Registration: The handset will automatically register with the base unit when placed in the charger.
  5. Date and Time Setup: Set the current date and time using the handset menu for accurate call logs.
  6. Test the Connection: Make a test call to ensure proper installation and clear audio quality.
  7. Additional Handsets: Register additional handsets (up to 6 total) following the same procedure.
Important: Use only the provided Panasonic AC adapter (Model: KX-TGA22). Using other adapters may damage the phone.
