Handset controls: TALK/CALL BACK, END, MENU, VOLUME UP/DOWN, INTERCOM, FLASH, REDIAL/PAUSE, MUTE, SPEAKERPHONE, numeric keypad.
Base unit: ANS/PLAY, STOP, SKIP, DELETE, VOLUME, MEMO, RINGER OFF/ON.
Menu settings: PHONEBOOK, CALLER ID, CALL BLOCK, INTERCOM, ANSWERING MACHINE, RINGER, DATE/TIME, LANGUAGE, SYSTEM (registration, reset).
Connect telephone line and power as described in Installation. For additional devices (e.g., fax machine), connect to the EXT jack on the base unit.
Tip: Avoid using long extension cords as they may reduce sound quality.
The digital answering machine records messages when you are unavailable.
WARNING! Do not disconnect power while answering machine is in use to avoid message loss.
Call Block: Add numbers via MENU > CALL BLOCK > ADD. Intercom: Press INTERCOM on one handset, then dial handset number (1-6) to call another handset. Phonebook: Store names/numbers for quick dial. Eco Mode: Reduces power when handset is near base (enable in SETTINGS).
Unplug from power before cleaning. Wipe handset and base with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
