Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Telephone line cable
  • Power adapter
  • Batteries (for handset)
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Telephone jack tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near telephone jack and power outlet, away from electronic interference sources.
  2. Connect Base Station: Connect telephone line to base station LINE port and plug power adapter into electrical outlet.
  3. Charge Handset: Place handset on base station charging cradle to charge battery fully before first use (approx. 7 hours).
  4. Install Batteries: Insert rechargeable batteries into handset following polarity markings (+/-).
  5. Wall Mount Option: If wall mounting, use provided wall plate and ensure secure installation.
  6. Register Handsets: For multiple handsets, follow registration procedure in manual to link additional units.
  7. Test Operation: Make test call to ensure clear audio and proper connection.
Warning: Use only Panasonic-approved power adapters and batteries. Do not expose to moisture or extreme temperatures.
