Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Telephone line cable
  • Power adapter
  • Batteries (for handset)
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Telephone line tester (optional)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near telephone jack and power outlet with good ventilation.
  2. Connect Telephone Line: Connect the telephone line cable from the base unit to the telephone wall jack.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the base unit and plug into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Handset Battery Installation: Insert rechargeable batteries into the handset and place in base unit for initial charging.
  5. Charging Time: Allow the handset to charge for at least 7 hours before first use for optimal battery performance.
  6. Wall Mount Option: If wall mounting, use the provided wall plate and ensure proper alignment of charging contacts.
  7. Test Operation: Make a test call to ensure proper installation and clear audio quality.
Warning: Use only Panasonic-approved batteries and accessories. Do not expose to moisture or extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
