Cordless Telephone System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Telephone line cable
  • Power adapter
  • Batteries (for handset)
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Wall mounting template (optional)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near telephone line connection and power outlet with good ventilation.
  2. Connect Base Unit: Connect telephone line to the base unit LINE port and plug power adapter into electrical outlet.
  3. Charge Handset: Place handset on base unit charging cradle for initial 16-hour charge before first use.
  4. Install Batteries: Insert rechargeable batteries into handset following polarity markings.
  5. Wall Mounting (Optional): Use provided wall mount bracket and screws to mount base unit if desired.
  6. Register Additional Handsets: Follow registration procedure to add extra handsets to the system.
  7. Test Operation: Make test calls to ensure proper installation and clear audio quality.
Warning: Use only Panasonic-approved power adapters and batteries. Installation should be performed according to local electrical codes.

Troubleshooting
