Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Charge the Battery: Connect the AC adaptor to the base unit and plug into power outlet. Place handset on base to charge for 7 hours before first use.
  2. Connect Telephone Line: Connect the telephone line cord from the base unit to your telephone wall jack.
  3. Install Battery: Insert the rechargeable battery into the handset, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Power On: Place handset on base unit to charge. The CHARGE indicator will light on the base.
  5. Handset Registration: The handset will automatically register to the base unit. Wait for registration confirmation tone.
  6. Date and Time Setup: Set current date and time using the handset menu for accurate call log recording.
  7. Test Call: Make a test call to ensure proper installation and clear audio quality.
Important: Use only the supplied Panasonic AC adaptor. Using other adaptors may damage the phone and void warranty.
