Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Telephone line cable
  • Power adapter
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Batteries (for cordless handsets)
  • Measuring tape (for optimal placement)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near a telephone jack and power outlet, away from electronic interference sources.
  2. Connect Telephone Line: Connect the telephone line cable from the wall jack to the base unit's LINE port.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the base unit and plug into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Battery Installation: For cordless models, insert rechargeable batteries into each handset following polarity markings.
  5. Handset Registration: Place handsets on base unit to charge and automatically register with the base station.
  6. Wall Mounting (Optional): If wall mounting, use the provided template and screws to securely mount the base unit.
  7. Test Operation: Wait for handsets to fully charge, then test making and receiving calls to ensure proper operation.
Warning: Use only Panasonic-approved power adapters and batteries. Improper installation may void warranty.

Troubleshooting
