Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place base unit on a stable surface.

  1. Charge the Handset: Place handset in the charger base. Ensure CHARGE indicator lights.
  2. Connect Base Unit: Plug the AC power adapter into the base and a wall outlet.
  3. Connect Telephone Line: Use the included telephone cord to connect the base unit's LINE jack to a wall telephone jack.
  4. Install Battery: If not pre-installed, insert the supplied rechargeable battery into the handset.

WARNING! Use only the provided Panasonic power adapter and battery. Do not disassemble the handset.

First-Time Setup

After initial charge, power on the handset.

  5. Mute: Press MUTE to mute microphone during a call.
  6. Call Waiting: During a call, press TALK/FLASH to answer second call.
  7. Redial: Press REDIAL/PAUSE to call last dialed number.
