Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Telephone line cable
  • Power adapter
  • Batteries (for handset)
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Telephone jack tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near telephone jack and power outlet, away from electronic interference sources.
  2. Connect Base Station: Connect telephone line cable from wall jack to LINE port on base station. Plug power adapter into base station and wall outlet.
  3. Install Handset Batteries: Insert rechargeable batteries into handset, observing correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Charge Handset: Place handset on base station charging cradle for 7-10 hours initial charge.
  5. Wall Mount Option: If wall mounting, use provided template to mark screw positions and mount base station securely.
  6. Register Additional Handsets: For multi-handset systems, follow registration procedure to sync additional handsets with base.
  7. Test Operation: Make test calls to verify line connection, audio quality, and all functions.
Warning: Use only Panasonic-approved power adapters and batteries. Improper installation may damage equipment and void warranty.

Troubleshooting
