Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Charge the Handset: Insert the rechargeable battery into the handset and place it on the base unit to charge for 7 hours before first use.
  2. Connect Base Unit: Connect the telephone line cord from the base unit to your telephone wall jack.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the AC power adapter to the base unit and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Handset Registration: The handset will automatically register to the base unit. Wait for the registration tone.
  5. Date and Time Setup: Set the current date and time using the handset menu for accurate call log information.
  6. Test Call: Make a test call to ensure proper installation and clear audio quality.
  7. Additional Handsets: Register additional handsets (up to 6 total) following the same registration process.
Warning: Use only the provided Panasonic AC adapter. Using other adapters may damage the phone and void the warranty.
