Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near telephone jack and power outlet, away from electronic interference sources.
- Install Batteries: Insert rechargeable batteries into the handset following polarity markings.
- Connect Telephone Line: Connect the telephone line cable from the base unit to the telephone wall jack.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the base unit and plug into a standard electrical outlet.
- Charge Handset: Place handset on base unit and allow to charge for at least 7 hours before first use.
- Set Time and Date: Follow on-screen prompts to set current time and date for answering machine functions.
- Record Greeting: Record your personal answering machine greeting following the voice prompts.
