Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place base unit on a stable, flat surface.

Charge the handset: Insert battery into handset, place on base charger for 7 hours before first use.
Connect telephone line: Plug one end of the phone cord into the TEL LINE jack on the base, other end into wall jack.
Connect power: Plug AC adapter into the DC IN 9V jack on base, then into a 120V AC outlet.
Add additional handsets: Register new handsets to the base following the manual instructions.

First-Time Setup

Using the Answering Machine
