Cordless DECT & Link2Cell (KX-TG / KX-TGE / KX-TGF)

• “No link to base” / “Move closer”: Re-register handset: Base → Menu # 1 3 0 → Handset press OK.
• Handset not ringing: Increase ringer volume (0–6 + OFF); check Do Not Disturb is OFF.
• Bluetooth/Link2Cell not connecting: Delete pairing → re-pair phone via Menu → Bluetooth → Link to Cell.
• Answering machine not recording: Set “Record greeting” first; check memory full (delete old messages).

Business SIP Phones (KX-TPA, KX-HDV, KX-UT)

• “Register Failed”: Wrong SIP server/password; check Provisioning URL or manual config.
• No audio / one-way audio: Disable SIP ALG on router; use STUN server if behind NAT.
• Factory reset: Hold OK + Down + # for 10 sec until recovery mode → Reset.

Battery & Charging Issues

• Battery icon flashing / “Low battery”: Clean gold contacts with alcohol; replace with genuine Panasonic HHR-4DPA (AAA Ni-MH).
• Handset not charging: Use original charger; reset by removing batteries 5 min.

Safety note: Use only Panasonic-approved batteries and chargers. Never mix old/new batteries.
